Senior Occupational Therapist

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adults, Health & Integration Service.

This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to work within a progressive London Borough, managing complex cases and supporting the wider OT service.

What will your responsibilities be?

Manage a complex caseload within Adult Social Care

Complete Care Act assessments and strengths-based interventions

Undertake functional assessments within the community

Provide recommendations for equipment, adaptations & moving/handling solutions

Support hospital discharge pathways and urgent referrals

Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (MDT)

Provide guidance/support to junior staff where required

Maintain accurate and compliant case recording

Desirable:

Previous Senior OT experience

Experience within a London Borough

Background in integration / health partnerships

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration

Strong experience within Adults Social Care

Experience managing complex cases

Sound knowledge of:

Care Act 2014

Moving & Handling

Equipment & adaptations
