YOUR MISSION

Join us as a Senior Operations Analyst and become a key member of Glovo Georgia's Operations team! Couriers and partners are the backbone of our marketplace, and you'll be the one turning their data into decisions, owning the forecasting, planning, and performance analytics that keep supply running efficiently. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll build the tools and initiatives that directly shape how the market performs.

 

THE JOURNEY 

• •Own end-to-end supply forecasting and planning, including seasonal initiatives like winter planning, so the market is always resourced ahead of demand.
• •Build and maintain the dashboards and automated reports (Looker/Tableau, SQL, Python, Apps Script) that the Operations team relies on daily: accurate, self-service, and hands-off.
• •Take ownership of performance management across supply and partner KPIs: delivery time, prep time, and other metrics that shape the customer experience, digging into root causes and proposing fixes.
• •Drive budget efficiency: understand how we spend on courier pay and operations, and find ways to improve performance without increasing cost.
• •Design, launch, and measure experiments and improvement initiatives, translating open-ended business questions into structured, actionable analysis.
• •Partner closely with the Supply Lead on fleet quality, engagement, and risk topics to keep data and on-the-ground courier strategy moving in the same direction.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Quick Commerce, Real Time Operations, and Global Ops to keep local execution aligned with the bigger picture.
• •Present your findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership - your ideas will have real visibility and real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• •Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools like Looker or Tableau: you've built dashboards a whole team relies on, not just personal reports.
• •A genuine curiosity for data: you like digging past the surface number to find out why it moved, and you're comfortable owning KPIs end to end.
• •Solid understanding of operational or marketplace dynamics: supply, logistics, delivery performance, or similar, so you know what a metric actually means for the business.
• •The ability to turn a vague, open-ended business question into a clear plan of analysis, and to explain what you found to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• •Experience with Python and/or Google Apps Script to automate recurring analysis or reporting.
• •A track record of owning a project or initiative from scoping to measuring impact, with minimal hand-holding.
• •Comfort using AI tools to work faster, with good judgment on when to trust the output and when to double-check it.
• •Fluent Georgian and English.
