Senior Operations Lead, Fraud

• This is a remote leadership opportunity focused on fraud operations within a fast-paced financial services environment.
• You will lead a team of 13–15 Fraud Associates responsible for protecting cardholders and reducing fraudulent activity.
• The role combines people leadership, operational performance management, fraud escalation, and process improvement.
• You will use data and performance trends to coach team members and strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times.
• As the fraud operations function continues to evolve, you will have an opportunity to help shape coaching practices, escalation processes, and operating procedures.
• You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners while supporting customers through complex and sensitive situations.
