About the Role :

We are looking for a Designer-first Product Design Engineer who combines strong product, UI/UX, and visual design expertise with hands-on frontend development skills. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and build high-quality, production-ready product experiences directly in the codebase.

Mandatory Skills :

Product Design, UI/UX, B2B SaaS, React, HTML, CSS, GitHub, Frontend Development, Design Systems, Product Prototyping.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Design and develop production-ready product interfaces using React, HTML, and CSS.
• •Create intuitive AI-native experiences, interactions, prototypes, and micro-interactions .
• •Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• •Build and maintain reusable design systems, UI components, and interaction patterns .
• •Own the complete design-to-code workflow , ensuring design quality and consistency in production.
• •Work directly within the production codebase and contribute to frontend implementation.
• •Evaluate, refine, and maintain the quality of AI-generated frontend code .
• •Translate complex product requirements into simple, scalable, and visually polished user experiences.

Must-Have Skills :

• •4 to 8 years of overall experience with 2+ years in Product Design .
• •Strong experience designing complex B2B SaaS products/interfaces .
• •Hands-on experience with React, HTML, CSS, and GitHub .
• •Strong UI/UX, interaction, and visual design capabilities.
• •Designer-first profile with strong frontend coding expertise.
• •Demonstrated ability to design and code real product prototypes end-to-end .
• •Strong portfolio/GitHub showcasing actual product work.
• •Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Experience working in B2B SaaS or startup environments .

Good to Have :

• •Experience with AI-native UI/UX .
• •Exposure to agentic workflows and AI-powered products .
• •Experience building streaming interfaces or real-time product experiences.
• •Background in Design Engineering / Product Design Engineering .
• •Experience developing and maintaining scalable design systems.

Not a Suitable Fit :

• •Engineer-first profiles with limited product/design ownership.
• •Figma/Behance-only portfolios without hands-on coding.
• •Candidates whose experience is primarily from large MNC/IT services environments.
• •Profiles focused mainly on marketing websites, landing pages, or branding rather than product interfaces.

What We’re Looking For :

A designer who can code , not simply a frontend engineer who can design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving from product thinking → UX/UI design → prototype → React implementation → production , with strong ownership of the final user experience.
