Senior Product Design Strategist

• This senior individual contributor role leads some of the most ambiguous and high-impact product opportunities, from problem discovery through validated experience.
• You will shape direction across connected experiences rather than focusing on a single feature or isolated release.
• The role combines product strategy, design, research, and operational thinking to turn complex opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• AI is an integral part of the daily workflow, supporting research synthesis, prototyping, specification, and analysis while extending your strategic judgment.
• You will work closely with engineering, clinical, operations, leadership, and other cross-functional partners to establish clear priorities and product vision.
• Success requires comfort with 0-to-1 problem spaces, strong evidence-based decision-making, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
