ABOUT THE POSITION

Senior Product Development Manager at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your role: lead the development of products, managing multiple projects across the entire lifecycle - from concept to production and launch. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, engineers and internal teams to ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and smooth communication across all stages. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a quick learning mindset and the ability to grasp technical details to drive projects efficiently from idea to market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Conduct market and competitor research, analyzing products to identify opportunities and delegate tasks as needed

- Lead projects from concept to delivery, tracking timelines and milestones to meet development goals

- Manage supplier relationships through daily communication, negotiating terms, and ensuring product quality

- Oversee product testing, inspect samples, and provide actionable feedback for improvements

Research innovations, propose new product ideas, and develop execution plans

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with different departments to align strategies and drive project success

- Mentor junior team members and represent BURGA at trade shows to establish supplier relationships and align vendors with the brand vision

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in product development, leading complex projects

- Strong product focus, organized work practices, and process improvement mindset

- Expertise in product development, timeline management, and risk mitigation

- Skilled in task prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and team collaboration

- Creative problem-solver with innovative thinking

- Analyzes market and competitor products to identify opportunities and create plans

- Detail-oriented, proactive learner, and adaptable

- Experienced in mentoring junior team members

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CAD (e.g., AutoCAD Fusion) is a plus

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

SALARY: 3600 - 4700 EUR/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
