Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Ad Monetization based in Germany.

• This role offers the opportunity to own the product strategy for an emerging ad monetization business serving mobile app developers.
• You will join a lean product and engineering team and take significant ownership of the roadmap from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Your work will help developers better monetize advertising inventory while contributing to the development of a new strategic product area.
• You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams in a highly autonomous, remote-first environment.
• The role combines deep knowledge of mobile advertising with strong product judgment, technical fluency, and an entrepreneurial approach.
• You will use customer insights, experimentation, and data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and determine where to invest next.
• Over time, you will become a key internal expert on ad monetization and help shape the longer-term direction of the product area.
