Senior Project Developer (m/f/d)

• Your mission
• •Management of the project development cycle and external service providers such as architects and specialist planners up to the approval planning stage
• •Site assessments and preparation of feasibility studies, area planning and cost estimates for the planning and realization of commercial and residential projects
• •Negotiations with authorities, agencies, urban planners and stakeholders of the urban society
• •Support of urban planning workshop procedures and architectural competitions
• •Supervision of B-plan procedures
• •Management of negotiations for urban development contracts
• •Supervision of neighborhood agreements
• •Processing of internal and external reporting

• Your profile
• •You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, real estate management/property management or urban planning or comparable training, e.g. in the field of housing/property management
• •Several years of professional experience in the development of commercial and residential construction projects and building land development
• •Experience in leading project teams
• •Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
• •Legal knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
