Senior Retrieval Operations Analyst

• This role is focused on optimizing retrieval operations, strengthening inventory health, and turning operational data into actionable business insights.
• You will serve as an Inventory Management lead for assigned Retrieval Groups, partnering across operations, client success, provider, product, and technology teams.
• The position combines advanced analysis, root cause investigation, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
• You will help leadership identify risks, prioritize inventory, improve project pacing and retrieval yield, and drive corrective actions through resolution.
• You will also provide operational guidance to Regional Operations Analysts and help ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Success requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, organizational discipline, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
