Overview

The Senior Road Engineer leads road supervision activities, ensures engineering compliance, and provides technical expertise for major road and highway projects.

Your role

• •Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• •Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements.
• •Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• •Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• •Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs.
• •Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• •Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.

About you

• •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering.
• •12–15 years’ experience in major road/highway projects.
• •Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
