Your Role

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions for complex client environments. You are expected to act as a subject matter expert, drive client discussions, and ensure high-quality project execution aligned with business objectives.

• •Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• •Configure and optimize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA).
• •Provide functional leadership to junior consultants and offshore teams.
• •Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD) and external systems.
• •Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities.

Your profile

• •5–8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including end-to-end implementations.
• •Strong knowledge of financial processes and Mexican regulatory requirements (tax, e-invoicing CFDI is a plus).
• •Proven ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• •Experience working in global and multicultural environments.
• •Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 required).
