Oversee rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the highest standards.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in maximizing the value of our product and championing continuous improvement.

Provide senior-level support for critical incidents and lead value-driven development initiatives.

Mentor and coach junior consultants, sharing expertise and raising the overall capability of the team.

What you will bring to the table:

A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).

Extensive professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems.

Deep expertise in manufacturing operations with a comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling challenges at scale.

Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with SQL.

A strong track record of leading complex implementations, including testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

A proactive, adaptable mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-changing environment.

Fluency in English and German is required.
