Senior Solutions Support Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solutions Support Engineer based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to provide expert technical support for a modern cloud-native security platform used by organizations operating at significant scale. You will investigate complex issues across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, workload protection, vulnerability management, identity, networking, and runtime security. Working across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and SaaS environments, you will solve challenging technical problems while partnering closely with customers and internal engineering teams. The position also has a strong focus on automation, AI-assisted troubleshooting, and improving the efficiency and quality of support operations. You will join a global, technically ambitious support organization where deep troubleshooting skills and continuous learning are highly valued. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support customers during critical incidents and outside standard working hours.
