Job Description

Design develop and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions focusing on Account Engagement Pardot and B2C campaigns Collaborate with marketing teams to create personalized customer journeys and automate marketing workflows Utilize expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize campaign performance and data integration Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable marketing cloud solutions Ensure data quality security and compliance within marketing cloud environments Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices to drive innovation Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud domain

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the endtoend development and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and B2C projects.

Manage integration of Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products and thirdparty systems

Develop and maintain complex automation scripts email templates and dynamic content

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud implementations

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to align solutions with business goals

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives for marketing cloud processes and workflows
