Senior Staff Software Engineer

• This is a senior engineering role focused on building and evolving a sophisticated media intelligence platform and its supporting systems.
• You’ll work across backend and frontend development, primarily using Ruby on Rails and VueJS.
• The role combines hands-on software engineering with architectural design, technical problem-solving, and delivery leadership.
• You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, customers, and fellow engineers to turn complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• AI-assisted development tools will be part of the workflow, with an emphasis on responsible use, code quality, security, and testing.
• You’ll contribute throughout the full software lifecycle, from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
