Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant - 12 Month FTC

What you’ll do

As a trusted Senior Talent Partner within our Careers and Talent team, you’ll manage recruitment for our South Australian teams and build a strong presence in the market. With an exciting pipeline of projects ahead, you’ll strengthen local connections, anticipate hiring needs and develop talent pipelines to support Aurecon’s growth.

• •Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles across our South Australian Engineering portfolios.
• •Build strong SA market connections and proactive talent pipelines using direct, market-led and innovative sourcing.
• •Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to anticipate workforce needs and shape tailored hiring strategies.
• •Provide market insights, guidance and best-practice recruitment advice to influence decisions.
• •Use recruitment systems, data, emerging technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• •Balance volume and complexity while maintaining strong governance and an exceptional candidate experience.

What you’ll bring

• •Substantial experience across both in-house and agency recruitment environments.
• •Strong knowledge of the talent market in South Australia, ideally with established local networks.
• •Demonstrated success recruiting mid to senior professionals across engineering, infrastructure, technical or advisory environments.
• •Confidence partnering with managers and senior leaders, with strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• •A proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded approach, with the agility to anticipate needs, pivot quickly and manage competing priorities.
• •Confidence using ATS platforms, data, AI-enabled tools and process improvements to deliver smarter recruitment outcomes; Workday experience is preferred.

Experience within engineering, infrastructure, consulting, defence, construction or professional services will be highly regarded.
