Talent Acquisition Consultant | Mon to Fri 38hrs | Balcatta Support Centre

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent across a broad range of positions. You will manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.

The portfolio is varied and dynamic, with recruitment needs spanning:

• •Entry-level Service Attendants
• •Chefs and hospitality professionals
• •Transport and logistics personnel
• •Blue-collar operational roles
• •White-collar corporate and professional positions

No two days are the same, and success in this role requires someone who can confidently shift between portfolios, priorities and workforce demands while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.

• •Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and workforce mobilisation activities
• •Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• •Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates across a variety of roles and skill levels
• •Coordinating interviews, offers, onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• •Providing market insights and recruitment advice to business leaders
• •Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring data accuracy
• •Driving a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• •Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function

You'll bring:

• •Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Agency Recruitment
• •Proven success managing high-volume recruitment workloads
• •The ability to adapt quickly across different portfolios, industries and role types
• •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• •Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• •A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Experience recruiting for blue-collar, frontline or operational roles will be highly regarded
