Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

This is a temporary role for a duration of 12 months with possible extension; start date: ASAP

• Your mission
• •Working closely with hiring managers to understand the business needs and decide on the best recruitment strategy tailored to each role
• •Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to offer negotiation
• •Proactively sourcing and engaging qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct search
• •Conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• •Providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• •Ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
• •Monitoring recruitment metrics and continuously identifying opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency

• Your profile
• •A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• •Several years of operational, hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition
• •At least 5 years of demonstrated success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels
• •Strong active sourcing skills and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
• •Good experience with different applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools (preferrably SAP based)
• •Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel
• •Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
• •A proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with a high level of integrity
• •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• •Motivated team player with high levels of professionalism, quality and confidentiality
• •Fluency in English and German
