Senior Talent Sourcer

• This is a hands-on sourcing role focused on building high-quality candidate pipelines across technical and go-to-market positions.
• You’ll combine strategic sourcing expertise with automation and modern recruiting technology to identify exceptional talent at scale.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, disciplined pipeline management, and a methodical approach to documenting searches and candidate activity.
• You’ll translate hiring requirements into targeted sourcing strategies and continuously refine searches based on pipeline performance.
• Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you’ll help calibrate searches, improve candidate quality, and close sourcing gaps.
• You’ll also have the opportunity to experiment with new sourcing platforms, workflows, and AI-powered recruiting tools in a rapidly evolving environment.
