Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Access

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs that expand Amazon's reach to underserved customer segments. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of programs spanning payments, grocery, benefits acceptance, and customer acquisition — coordinating across engineering, product, design, legal, compliance, and external partners (e.g., USDA FNS, state agencies, payment networks).

• The Amazon Access team's mission is to remove the barriers that make shopping on Amazon difficult for lower-income and underserved customers while building complementary products and programs to drive long-term engagement. We focus on raising awareness and driving adoption of our programs, addressing CX pain points around payment friction, selection gaps, price perception, and inclusive shopping experiences.

Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• - 3+ years of software development experience
• - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications

• - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
