As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact software initiatives within an AI-powered automotive lending environment. You’ll turn ambiguous, multi-stakeholder challenges into clear execution plans, align teams around priorities, and drive programs from technical planning through launch and rollout. The role sits at the intersection of Product and Engineering, requiring strong technical judgment alongside exceptional cross-functional leadership. You’ll coordinate with teams spanning Analytics, Machine Learning, Servicing, Fraud, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external-facing functions. Success will depend on your ability to manage dependencies, surface risks early, resolve blockers, and create practical operating systems that improve delivery.
