Èlephante is hiring experienced Servers to join our team at our iconic Santa Monica rooftop restaurant .

Èlephante is known for its high-energy atmosphere, coastal Italian cuisine, and one of the busiest dining rooms on the Westside . Our team delivers exceptional hospitality while executing at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for servers who are confident, polished, and thrive in high-volume restaurants while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

• •Minimum 2 years of high-volume serving experience
• •Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven restaurants strongly preferred
• •Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
• •Ability to stay organized and composed during busy services
• •Professional, polished, and guest-focused demeanor
• •Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• •Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• •Deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service throughout the guest dining experience
• •Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
• •Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
• •Maintain strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and daily specials
• •Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• •Maintain organization and cleanliness of service stations
• •Process payments accurately and follow all responsible alcohol service standards
