The Restaurant Server is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing food and beverage service to restaurant guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant and has comprehensive understanding of menu choices

Prepares order for presentation to guest

Cleans and prepares tables for guest use

Sets up beverage stations for appropriate shift by brewing coffee and setting out condiments, as appropriate

REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work with POS system and accurately handle cash and guest credit cards

Must be 18 years, or older for alcohol service

Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate customer demands

Highly organized – demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 75 pounds occasionally

Ability to stand for extended periods of time, constantly

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
