Overview

Weeks Drilling & Pump Co. is hiring a Service Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations, support customers, and keep our field technicians running efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with long, active workdays . You’ll be making real-time decisions, managing schedules, and handling multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming service calls and determine urgency

Schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority and location

Communicate updates between customers and field staff

Create work orders, jobs, and estimates

Assist customers with troubleshooting and service questions

Create estimates (pumps and water treatment services)

Coordinate well testing with customers, agents, and labs

Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to think quickly and solve problems

Dispatching or service coordination experience preferred

Experience with SAGE 100 Contractor is a plus

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Long, busy days with a steady workload

Fast-paced, high-volume office environment

Frequent phone and computer use

Occasional after-hours on-call rotation (for experienced team members)
