ServiceNow Change and Release Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Change and Release Manager based in Germany.

• This is a fully remote freelance opportunity focused on end-to-end governance of Change and Release Management within an enterprise IT environment.
• You will take primary ownership of ServiceNow change and release processes, ensuring they are controlled, compliant, and aligned with business and technology requirements.
• The role operates in a strictly regulated GxP environment, requiring strong knowledge of validation evidence, audit requirements, and risk-based change assessment.
• You will coordinate complex release schedules across platform configurations, custom integrations, and vendor-driven updates.
• The position also involves leading Change Advisory Board meetings and representing platform governance in cross-functional and executive forums.
• You will apply ITIL principles across Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management to minimize disruption to production environments.
• Success requires strong autonomy, sound technical judgement, executive communication skills, and the ability to make governance decisions independently.
