This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Engineer (Power BI + AI) based in India.

• This is a remote technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• You will work across custom applications, service mapping, discovery, CMDB, integrations, and workflow capabilities to support complex customer environments.
• The role combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration with technical stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• You will help build scalable solutions, strengthen configuration and data quality, and improve visibility across enterprise services and infrastructure.
• The position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow development, APIs, discovery patterns, MID servers, and service mapping.
