Job Title: Power Platform BA

Exp: 4+yrs

Location: Bengaluru/ Pune/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Mumbai/ Gurugram

We are seeking a Senior Automation Business Analyst to support enterprise automation, collaboration, and digital workplace initiatives. The role will lead business analysis activities across SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and design scalable business-led automation solutions. Key Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions. Analyse and document business processes and target-state solutions. Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and governance controls. Design automation and collaboration solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform. Support testing, change management, and user adoption activities. Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities.
