Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute clinical trial related payments in accordance with contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Process payment requests and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
- Create and manage purchase orders and supplier records.
- Track payment status, resolve issues, and ensure timely payment execution.
- Support process improvements and payment optimization initiatives.
- Communicate with study sites and internal stakeholders regarding payment activities and inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Act as a point of contact for payment-related questions and provide subject matter expertise.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical/biotech industry, financial operations, or a related environment.
