Skills Development Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Skills Development Partner based in South Africa.

• This is a strategic learning and development role focused on building critical capabilities across a fast-growing fintech environment.
• You’ll own the organisation’s skills development strategy while ensuring compliance with South African legislative and transformation requirements.
• The role combines programme design, governance, stakeholder management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• You’ll work closely with leadership, Human Capital teams, SETAs, and external partners to identify skills gaps and deliver impactful development initiatives.
• Your work will span learnerships, internships, apprenticeships, leadership development, upskilling, and the development of a future Learning Academy.
• You’ll also use analytics, automation, and process improvements to strengthen learning outcomes, reporting accuracy, and return on investment.
