We have an amazing opportunity for a
Skyline - Lead Concierge (Full Time) to join our team!
The pay for this role is $25 - $27 per hour DOE.

Our Lead Concierge :
- Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
- Supplement Concierge Role: Provide support and training to the Concierge, stepping in as needed to maintain service levels
- Concierge Scheduling: Assist in managing the Concierge team's schedule.
- Safety and Security: Address safety and security concerns promptly, including monitoring emergency and security systems during daytime hours
- Provides exceptional customer service to our team
- Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
- Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
- Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
- At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
- Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
