Pay: $26.41/hour

Night shift premium: Additional $0.75/hour (if working nights)

Bonus: $1,000 referral bonus

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 PM–6 AM, fixed 4-3 rotation

Amcor is hiring Slitter Operators to set up, run, and support slitting machines in our Batavia manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on production role for candidates with machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitude.

What You’ll Do

Set up and run slitting machines to meet production standards

Perform quality checks and document results

Troubleshoot basic equipment issues

Record production data and maintain clean work areas

Must Have

Machine operator, manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or web handling experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a fixed 4-3 schedule

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable attendance, safety focus, and teamwork skills

Preferred

Accurate measurement skills

Basic metric conversion knowledge

Forklift or hand jack experience

Experience helping train or guide team members
