Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize future strategies.

Cultivate and manage an active community by responding to comments and messages to boost audience loyalty.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to support lead generation goals.

Collaborate on content calendars to ensure a steady flow of planned and timely posts.

Apply basic SEO principles to improve content discoverability and support broader marketing objectives.

Requirements Requirements:

Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience in social media management or a related field.

Platform Expertise: Proven ability to manage Instagram and Facebook accounts effectively using Meta Business Suite.

Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging visuals and short videos using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside basic photography and videography skills.

Copywriting: Strong command of language for writing persuasive captions, copy, and content plans.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to conduct trend and hashtag research to inform content strategy and audience engagement tactics.

Analytical Skills: Competence in interpreting social media analytics and insights to report on performance and suggest improvements.
