The Role

As a Social Worker or Senior Social Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families through effective safeguarding practice and relationship-based social work.

You will:

Manage a varied caseload of children and families requiring support and intervention

Undertake assessments, planning, and direct work to ensure children remain safe and achieve positive outcomes

Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies

Contribute to child protection planning and statutory interventions where required

Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary Family Safeguarding model to deliver meaningful and lasting change

About You

We're looking for motivated and dedicated practitioners who are committed to delivering high-quality social work and making a difference to children's lives.

  • ✔ Registered with Social Work England
  • ✔ Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification
  • ✔ Completed the ASYE programme
  • ✔ Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
  • ✔ Enhanced DBS clearance
