Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Children Looked After, supporting them to achieve permanence and positive outcomes.

Build strong relationships with children, carers and families using a restorative approach.

Complete assessments, care planning and statutory visits.

Prepare reports, care plans and court documentation where required.

For This Role You Will Need

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).

Registration with Social Work England.

Successful completion of ASYE.

Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services.
