Risk Assessment: Conduct rapid, high-quality screenings and assessments to ensure children are protected from immediate harm.

Record Keeping: Ensure all information and decisions are recorded accurately within the council's management information systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

High-Level Risk Analysis: Ability to make quick, evidence-based decisions in high-pressure situations.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective multi-agency information sharing.
Compliance: A fully completed DfE sheet must be provided upon application.
Working Hours and Flexibility:
Hybrid Working: Support for a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office and the remainder remote.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm).
Duration: Initial contract until July 2026.
Our Commitment:
