Social Worker - Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health team, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. You'll undertake assessments, coordinate care, and support adults across community and hospital settings, promoting recovery, independence and positive outcomes through person-centred practice.

What will your responsibilities be?

Qualified Social Worker

Social Work England registration

Mental health social work experience

Strong assessment and care coordination skills

Benefits:

Hybrid working

Based at County Hall, Trowbridge

Office, home working and community visits

No accommodation or travel expenses provided for candidates commuting from outside Wiltshire

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have;

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
