Social worker - Protection and Permanency - Rutland

Liquid Personnel are currently working exclusively alongside Rutland council to recruit for social workers to join their Child protection and permanency team. This role is ideal for a qualified social worker who is looking for a new challenge within a very stable local authority.

Rutland is a small local authority that offer a very supportive management structure, small manageable caseloads and a great work life balance to go alongside their GOOD Ofsted rating.

Duties of a Child protection and permanence social worker

Carry a caseload consisting of CiC, CP and CiN cases.

Prepare assessments, Cin reviews and plans as well as CP and CLA plans

Maintain accurate and up to date records of files

Take part in team meetings and participate in team development

Prepare for case conferences, court and meetings when required

Key requirements for the role

Current SWE registration and valid right to work in the UK

Have completed your ASYE

UK driving licence
