Social Worker/Senior Social Worker – Children in Need Team

Liquid Personnel are proud to be supporting Harrow Council in recruiting Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to join their Children in Need Team on a permanent basis.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of children and families requiring assessment, intervention and safeguarding support.

Work with children subject to Child in Need and Child Protection plans.

Undertake assessments, care planning and direct work to improve outcomes for children and families.

Contribute to care proceedings and permanency planning where required.

Build effective relationships with children, families and partner agencies.

For This Role You Will Need

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, DipSW or equivalent).

Registration with Social Work England.

Successful completion of ASYE.

At least one year's post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
