About Job

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing automated test cases to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of web and desktop applications.

Support the creation and maintenance of automated testing scripts for functional, regression, and compatibility testing.

Contribute to building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright or Selenium, using C# or JavaScript within environments like Visual Studio and npm-based toolchains.

Participate in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) to support continuous integration and delivery.

Assist in maintaining internally developed automation tools and test infrastructure.

Support the development of small automation utilities or scripts to improve QA processes and testing efficiency.

Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and product teams to identify testing requirements and improve software quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Basic knowledge of programming in C# or JavaScript.

Understanding of software testing concepts, QA methodologies, and SDLC/STLC fundamentals.

Exposure to automation testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks through coursework, projects, or internships.

Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, npm, or related development environments.

Basic understanding of web technologies and cross-browser testing concepts.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work in collaborative teams.

Strong willingness to learn automation testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Ability to work in an Agile and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship, academic project, or personal project experience related to test automation or software testing.

Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with API testing, performance testing, or security testing concepts.

Basic knowledge of Windows environment setup, scripting (e.g., PowerShell), or automation utilities.

Interest in AI-assisted testing tools or modern testing technologies.

Experience working on team-based software development projects during university studies.
