Build Agentic AI systems that deliver personalized, relevant advertising content across nine marketing channels to millions of Amazon Ads advertisers worldwide — from email and in-app experiences to SMS and portal integrations. You'll work on zero-to-one initiatives that accelerate advertisers' business outcomes at every lifecycle stage.
The MEI (Marketing Engagement Infrastructure) Gateway team enhances the Amazon Ads advertiser experience by delivering personalized, engaging content across marketing channels including ads.amazon.com, Amazon Ads Academy, Email, Seller Central, Vendor Central, and more. - - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, scientists, and engineers to define requirements and architect solutions
- - Build and maintain marketing infrastructure services that support nine distinct communication channels at scale
- - Write high-quality, well-tested code and drive continuous improvement in system reliability and performance

- - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- - Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference lifecycles, and optimization techniques
Preferred qualifications
- - 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
