About the Role

Bloom Nutrition is seeking a TTS Affiliate Manager to help grow and manage Bloom's TikTok Shop affiliate program across creator activation, content performance, community engagement, and campaign execution.

This is a hands-on, creator-facing role for someone who understands TikTok culture, can build strong relationships with creators, and can turn performance data into clear next steps. The role will work closely with the TikTok Shop affiliate team, operations, social, creative, and platform partners to help creators sell more effectively and keep Bloom top of mind across TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment & Relationship Management

• •Identify, recruit, and build relationships with TikTok Shop creators who align with Bloom’s brand, audience, and product priorities.
• •Manage day-to-day affiliate communication, including creator questions, campaign updates, product education, and content guidance.
• •Support creator retention by maintaining strong relationships, providing timely information, and helping creators stay engaged with the brand.

Affiliate Community & Communications

• •Maintain consistent communication with the affiliate community through newsletters, announcements, reminders, and creator-facing updates.
• •Help creators understand brand priorities, product launches, promotional moments, and general content expectations.
• •Gather creator feedback, surface common questions or concerns, and help improve the overall affiliate experience.

Campaign & Product Activation

• •Support TikTok Shop launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional events, creator challenges, and affiliate activations.
• •Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creator participation is aligned with product priorities, campaign timing, and brand messaging.
• •Assist with product seeding and sample coordination to encourage high-quality creator content and campaign participation.

Performance Insights & Cross-Functional Support

• •Monitor affiliate and creator performance to identify trends, content opportunities, and areas for growth.
• •Share actionable insights with internal teams to help improve creator strategy, campaign execution, and product storytelling.
• •Partner with operations, creative, social, paid media, finance, and logistics teams to support smooth affiliate program execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• •2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, social commerce, or ecommerce.
• •Strong understanding of TikTok creator behavior, affiliate incentives, short-form video, and social commerce.
• •Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, and Affiliate Center preferred.
• •Strong written communication, relationship management, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills.
• •CPG, wellness, supplement, beauty, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
