This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to build a foundation in entertainment and studio marketing while gaining exposure to the campaigns, strategies, and creative processes behind some of the world's most beloved films and stories.
In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations for the Head of Marketing for Studios while working alongside cross-functional marketing teams responsible for theatrical and streaming releases, promotions, events, and audience engagement initiatives. You'll gain firsthand experience in how large-scale marketing campaigns are developed, launched, and executed across a global organization.
If you're detail-oriented, curious, collaborative, and eager to grow your career within entertainment marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do:

Coordinate and prioritize internal and external meetings and screening/directing calls in a fast-paced environment.
Manage complex travel arrangements aligned with film premieres, global press tours, media events, and industry engagements, including all logistics and expense reconciliation.
Handle sensitive and confidential information related to campaign strategy, talent, and business operations with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Act as a trusted representative of the executive in interactions with filmmakers, talent teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
Support onboarding of new team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture within the marketing organization.
Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency, streamlining administrative workflows, improving tools and templates, and enabling better coordination across campaign teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
At least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative, coordinator, marketing, communications, entertainment, or related role. Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic administrative partner within a high-performing marketing organization, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and driving solutions.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience supporting presentation development and executive communications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished correspondence and marketing materials.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent priorities tied to deadlines, launches, and events.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when working with sensitive information, talent, and senior leadership.
Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across different departments.
Flexibility to support peak marketing moments, including campaign launches, premieres, and high-profile events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or corporate settings with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
Work experience in entertainment, media, marketing, communications, advertising, or a creative industry.
Strong interest in storytelling, entertainment trends, and audience engagement strategies.
