• This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within a fast-growing, global, remote-first environment supporting professionals across multiple regions.
• You will play a key role in delivering accurate, responsive HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle.
• The position covers onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, payroll coordination, documentation, and offboarding support.
• You will work closely with professionals, customers, payroll teams, insurers, local service providers, and internal stakeholders across international markets.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage sensitive HR information accurately and efficiently.
• You will also contribute to process improvements, maintain operational documentation, and help ensure service levels and procedures are consistently followed.
• This role is particularly suited to an HR operations professional who thrives in a multicultural, distributed team and is comfortable supporting different time zones.
