Sr. Manager, Client Experience

The Sr. Manager, Client Experience is responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing operation of client-focused platforms, processes, and tools, leading teams to drive operational efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction. The scope of this job includes influencing teams to address client pain points, refining practices, fostering a consistently positive client experience, and establishing performance metrics. This role operationally supports WellSky's client-facing generative AI support platform, partnering closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Drive initiatives to improve end-to-end client processes by incorporating data insights and feedback to refine platform capabilities, tools, and practices.
• •Lead cross-departmental collaboration with engineering, product, and solutions teams to proactively address client challenges, manage technical roadmap priorities, and standardize best practices.
• •Provide mentorship and leadership to managers and client-facing teams in alignment with strategic goals.
• •Develop key performance indicators to measure client success, satisfaction, and platform performance while identifying trends and growth opportunities.
• •Own the operational delivery schedule for platform enhancements, including intake, prioritization, and release coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• •Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• •At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience
• •At least 2-4 years of relevant management work experience

Job Expectations:

• •Willing to travel up to 10% based on business needs
• •Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• •Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• •Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
