Sr Network Operations Engineer

• This role is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and evolving a global network infrastructure serving both customers and internal operations.
• You’ll provide advanced technical support across connectivity, security, routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
• The position combines hands-on engineering with network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
• You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, internal teams, and third-party providers to resolve complex and potentially service-impacting issues.
• The role operates within a 24/7 network operations environment where clear communication, accurate incident management, and technical judgment are essential.
