Multiple Positions Available:

• Design and implement complex high-volume direct-to-consumer
• fulfillment processes, systems and facilities for capacity expansion
• and continuous improvement of worldwide fulfillment infrastructure
• throughout the large-scale supply chain network that increases
• critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of
• people, materials, equipment, software, and finance. Work with
• complex Material Handling Systems, packaging equipment and
• other processing gear to design safe and efficient fulfillment
• processes. Use Process Improvement methodologies such as Lean,
• Six Sigma and/or Kaizen to analyze Fulfillment Center processes
• and equipment and recommend and implement improvements to
• safety procedures, work processes and labor standards. Coordinate
• design efforts between internal teams and outside vendors to
• develop optimal solutions for the network, including equipment
• specification, material flow, process design, and site layout. Develop
• capital projects and create conceptual drawings, equipment
• specifications and bid documentation to facilitate a competitive bid
• environment. Ensure project schedules and quality with vendors or
• subcontractors are complied. Inspect facilities in accordance with
• corporate standards and procedures relating to material handling,
• processing and storage. Develop and prepare budget and contract
• documents including Requests for Proposals, change order controls,
• purchase orders and invoicing. Coordinate with local site
• management to ensure proper operator training, procedural
• compliance, maintenance and safety practices are followed for new
• and existing equipment.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $84302 - $114900)

Basic qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Mathematics or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Experience must include 1 year in each of the following skill sets:
• 1) Managing end-to-end deployment execution of large-scale industrial automation or robotics systems, including coordinating onsite installation, acceptance testing, and project go-live activities across multiple sites
• 2) Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems in industrial automation systems involving PLCs, SCADA systems, network infrastructure, and mechanical-electrical components during deployment and integration
• 3) Collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, technical program managers, and operations teams to develop deployment execution documents such as schedules, Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and technical specifications using CAD models and technical drawings
• 4) Driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives by analyzing deployment metrics, implementing automation solutions, optimizing deployment cycle time, and creating standard work documents to improve first pass yield and system performance

The pay range for this position in Westboro, MA is $84302 - $114900 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
