The Impact of Sr. Product Manager to Coupa:

As Sr. Product Manager in the Supply Chain Optimization team, you’ll evolve, define, and build innovative, differentiating and profitable products by leveraging your industry experience and engagement with forward-thinking customers. This role is to own the supply chain extensibility platform. This includes the Supply Chain Compose product that is used to extend the core product to allow all stakeholders to access supply chain optimization capabilities via prescriptive workflows.

You will be responsible for applications across the entire product lifecycle from strategy to delivery with all the steps in between, like defining market needs, writing detailed product requirements, providing development support, communicating the solution’s benefits and enabling downstream teams.

You sit in the middle of the business community, engineering team, and user experience team and are the voice of the customer. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their pain points and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You’ll build products from existing ideas, and help develop new and innovative ideas based on your industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. You relentlessly seek solutions with a measurable commercial impact and can elaborate on these financial benefits.
