Designation:- Production Engineer

Location:- Surat, Maroli

Education:- Diploma Mechanical/ BE Mechanical

Deliverables

1. Production Supervision & Execution

Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of set targets.

Allocate tasks, prepare job cards, and organize feedback.

Maximize machine utilization and minimize rework.

2. Process Improvement

Refer to ASME "U" stamp codes and technical manuals for process upgrades.

Implement process improvements through trials and evaluations.

3. Technical & Compliance Adherence

Conduct performance reviews and ensure strict adherence to ISO/ASME standards.

Maintain 5S practices and handle blue-collar workforce effectively.

Coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill departmental needs.

Possess knowledge of SS, fabrication, welding technology, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling.

4. Housekeeping & Maintenance Monitor machine maintenance and ensure work area cleanliness per quality norms.

Competencies

- Strong fabrication and welding knowledge

- Mechanical drawing understanding

- Manpower handling and leading under pressure
