Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in:

Minimum 5 years of experience.

Job Purpose
Manage and optimize automated production operations by integrating:
- Mechanical Systems
- Industrial Automation
- Electrical Controls
- Instrumentation
- Production Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of automated production lines.
- Manage conveyors, shredders, compressors, ducting, dust collection, and utility systems.
- Operate and monitor PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation breakdowns.
- Conduct RCA and CAPA activities.
- Improve OEE, productivity, throughput, and machine utilization.
- Drive line balancing and bottleneck elimination initiatives.
- Support installation, commissioning, and automation improvement projects.
- Implement productivity, energy-saving, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and operational compliance.
