What You Will Do :

• •Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
• •Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• •Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
• •Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
• •Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• •Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
• •Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
• •Debug and fix technical problems.
• •Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
• •Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
• •Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
• •Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

What You Will Need :

• •Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• •Minimum of SIX (6) years of professional experience.
• •Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• •Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
• •Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
• •Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• •Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• •Experience working in an Agile environment.
• •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• •Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
• •ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
• •Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.
• •Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
• •General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
• •Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.

• The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
